Joshua Clayton is a New York-based graphic designer and media artist. Born and raised in the Great Lakes State, Joshua earned a BFA at Western Michigan University before setting out for the islands of Japan. He spent three years there as a teacher, student, and nomadic observer of Asian cultures. On his return to the States, Joshua moved to the East Coast where he is presently a designer at Cambridge University Press and a master’s candidate in New York University’s Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP). This blog documents his academic experience.
